Precautions regarding joining and withdrawing
When joining a fan club
- ■ You can join by clicking the "Become a fan" button on each fan club page. If you participate in the paid plan in the middle of the month, you will be charged for one month. (The current month is not prorated).
Notes on upgrading plan
- ■ You can upgrade your plan from the plan page of the fan club you are subscribed to.
■ When changing to a plan with a higher amount of money, in the case of credit card payment, when the change is completed, the difference from the plan before change will be deducted from the registered card. If you already paid for multiple months with the plan before the change, you will be charged the difference for the same number of months.
Notes on downgrade plan
- ■ For downgrade of the plan you are subscribed to, please go to the plan list page of the fan club you are subscribed to.
■ Even if you change to a plan with a lower amount, you can continue to use your current plan during the month. At 0:00 of the next month, the plan will be automatically changed to a lower plan.
When leaving a fan club
- ■ You can cancel the plan you are subscribed to from the page of the fan club you are subscribed to.
